OUR RIDE LEADERS

What makes a BUG rides different is that we have ride accredited leaders trained by Bicycle NSW.

​

Our leaders are volunteers and are:

  • familiar with ride routes in the region

  • trained in group riding safety and current road rules

  • have basic bike repair skills, and knowledge of first aid

​

We ask that people on BUG rides sign on to acknowledge the ride leader and their own responsibilities. BUG members can sign a general acknowledgement as part of their annual membership.
